I have two pairs of pigeons (I hope!). How many youngsters can I expect from them next year? I want as many as possible but I want to be fair to the breeding birds - do they have to be restricted to a certain number of eggs or can I just leave them to get on with it? Do I choose who mates with who or let them choose their own mate? Actually, I'm not sure which is which but I'm sure that they will! ;D

So, I just leave them together? What do you mean 'to break out'? How many babies will they have in a season?
